Each person enjoys around 1 ping of space, offering a luxurious and spacious layout.
The flooring is made of Taiwanese cedar wood, providing a comfortable feel, even when barefoot.
Each private room is equipped with a secure electronic lock, accessible with your card or a password for convenience and safety.
 

South-Facing Balcony
At ALBC, we emphasize privacy while maintaining a sense of openness.
The south-facing balcony ensures excellent natural lighting and provides a refreshing open atmosphere.
Additionally, it serves as a safe waiting area for rescue in the event of a fire.
 

Air Conditioning on Holidays
Have you ever experienced the discomfort of working overtime on holidays without air conditioning in a premium office building?
In Taiwan, like in Japan, many commercial buildings use centralized air conditioning, often requiring prior approval to activate.
In our facility, private room air conditioning is available without any hassle, allowing you to adjust the temperature to suit your needs.
 

Card Access
Both the entrance and private rooms can be accessed smoothly using your card.
If you forget your card, you can still enter your private room by inputting a password, ensuring both convenience and security.

We use Daikin, a renowned Japanese air conditioning brand.
The control panel is embedded in the wall, similar to offices in Japan,
eliminating the need to search for a remote control and enhancing ease of use.
